- Warranty applies only under normal use and proper maintenance
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or improper operating conditions (such as riding in water or dropping the product).
2. Warranty Service Solutions
Depending on the issue, kukirinonline.com may offer one or more of the following solutions:
- Shipment of replacement parts with guidance for installation
- Replacement of defective scooters caused by manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery
- Replacement of faulty accessories with functionally equivalent componentsFor customers located in the European Union, professional repair or maintenance services may be arranged if the issue cannot be resolved remotely
For valid warranty claims, we cover repair costs and standard shipping fees. Customers will not incur additional charges.
3. Warranty Eligibility

7. Non-Warranty Repairs
