If you wish to change or cancel your order before it is processed (usually within 12 hours), please contact us. We can modify or refund your order prior to shipment. The refund will be processed after our staff have confirmed the details with you.
Return

If the product you received has quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return. We will provide a free return service, and you will not be required to pay for the return shipping.
2. Return for Non-Quality Reasons

Order Cancellation

If your order has already been shipped, we regret to inform you that order cancellations are not accepted. If you choose to refuse the delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your order payment.
Exchange
1.Wrong Item Shipped or Quality Issues
If we shipped the wrong item or the product has quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement for you and cover all round-trip shipping costs.
2.Incorrect Purchase by the Customer
If you purchased the wrong product and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the incorrect item.
Return Process:
1. Please submit your return request by contacting us and provide your order number and clear photos of the product.
2. After approval by kukirinonline.com, our customer service team will share the appropriate return address with you. The product must be returned in its original packaging and include all accessories and manuals. Customers are responsible for proper packaging.
3. Please ship the product back within 7 days and provide the tracking number and tracking link to KuKirin. Otherwise, your return request will be considered expired.
4. Once we receive the returned package, we will arrange a refund or exchange accordingly.
